Can really recommend this hostel. Nice breakfast and fast wi-fi. Love to come back! :) Elina I stayed in Way2go for a couple of days in May 2010 and wish I could've stayed longer: lovely room, great breakfast, wifi, laundry facilities and best service ever! Roberta and her brother were made to host people and make the atmosphere of this hostel amazing. My warmest recommendations! Barry We are traveling for 9 months and it is nice to finally find a hostel where they make you feel at home!! Roberta is very friendly and nice and we feel we have a new friend. After 5 days there we had to go, but we didn't want to..... The hostel is new and it had the biggest kitchen we have seen in this 9 months!!! The bathrooms are nice and clean, like the rest of the hostel. It is a perfect place for exploring the island, wich you should, cause it is beautiful!! the bus and boat station are very close and so are the shops! We had a perfect time here and we would recommend this hostel to everyone!! Everything in the hostel is brandnew and extraordinarily clean. I have never been in a cleaner hostel! Flat screen tv with good dvd selection, free breakfast, great location one block from the lake and close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place! Joy Johnson I have been to hostels across Europe and South America, and this is the first time I feel the need to write a review because I was so impressed with this hostel. It is new, and everything is spotless with a great atmosphere. The shower is indescribably amazing (better than most hotels I have been to in the U.S.) with hot water. Breakfast consisted of bread and all kinds of toppings, fruit, and coffee. It is easy to find, and located right near all the bars--but most importantly the hostel itself is in a quiet area, and so you can go to the bars, and then come back and be able to sleep. It is easy to meet people there, and the owner is the nicest, friendliest most amazing woman who speaks wonderful English and went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable and had a great time in Floripa. I would recommend this hostel to anyone staying on the island! The place has the best location you can get if you want to enjoy both the city and the beaches. Local and foreign visitors allways have the kind, helpful and expert advice of Roberta who´s also a awsome manager. Nothing scapes from her crontrol, everything is brand new, allways neat and clean. Close to everything that´s worth seeing and in a place where you can also get a good nigth sleep (not much, after all the party that goes on Lagoa ;) ) Definitely a good choice.... Was made to feel completely at home, it´s clean, the bathrooms are better than my one at home, large kitchen to socialise in. Roberta went out of her way to help, including helping us with our onward travel plans. This is the cleanest hostel we have stayed in (with hot showers!), rooms are lovely with big duvets! :) We made some great friends at this hostel and made use of the bbq area! Would definately recomend this hostel to other people, in fact we´d like to go back and live there :) p.s. Roberta, you are a diamond! thanks so much for all your help! She made sure we had a great time in Florianópolis and was always there to help.Well located in Lagoa, the hostel is new, clean, beds are comfortable, showers and toilets are spacious with warm water and there is an abundant breakfast included. I would definetly recommend this hostel to anyone ever coming to Floripa. Cleanest hostel you can imagine and a great breakfast, plus also the first proper hot shower we have had in South America. This place is more like a home than a hostel, and the owner (Roberta) is one of the nicest and most helpful people you could meet. She really went of her way to help everyone staying here to organise different things. Highly recommend staying at Way 2 Go hostel. Disliked: Nothing! The rooms are spacious and airy, the whole house absolutely spotless and there was a fantastic 'family' feel thanks to host Roberta who went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable. Breakfast is also great, with lots of things to choose from, and the location in Florianopolis is brilliant - you can walk everywhere! We stayed four nights, wish it could have been longer! As pessoas que trabalham lá são muito prestativas. Você pede uma coisa e elas se esforçam muito para lhe ajudar. Roberta e Luiza são demais. O café da manhã é super gostoso. A cozinha é um show! Enorme, limpa, arejada. Tudo novinho. O Chuveiro uma delícia. Tem lugar para guadar suas ciosas incluido a chave (nao precisa levar cadeados). A hostel fica pertinho da ponte que separa a lagoa do sul e do norte, no melhor ponto. Recomendo a vocês fazerem o passeio de barco na lagoa a descer no Ponto 16 da parada. É muito melhor que Jurere e Joaquina juntos!! A lagoa é tudo de bom. Quero voltar pra lá pra ficar no Way2Go por uns 15 dias direto!! Adorei. Recomendo com certeza. A atmosfera é incrível: amistoso e familiar. Excelente lugar para conhecer e interagir com pessoas. Novas amizades na certa! A localização é estratégica: o centrinho da Lagoa é show. Além do mais, você fica no centro da ilha e pode ir igualmente à praia que quiser, além da beiramar que é fantástica. Próximo daqui tem as praias Mole e Joaquina, minhas preferidas. O hostel nos proporcionou milhares passeios a Lagoa da Conceição por estar muito bem localizado. Todos da recepção nos trataram super bem, além de estarem sempre nos dando dicas sobre o que fazer. Um fator muito importante é a limpeza do local. Nota 10! Com certeza voltaremos, gurizada! Abs :)
